This week's hero art challenge

This week hero arts are challenging card makers to make a card using old envelopes, I have decided to make a gift bag with my card, so here is a mini tutorial for making the bag and the card itself

Hero art bird challenge

Last week's challenge on the hero art website was birds, here is my offering - if you register with flikr you can see hundreds of excellent cards from some incredibly tallented people.

Well I don't know about hot and spicy but my daring card makers card is designed with hot in mind.

Your not really crafting unless you are messy!

Well this week I have purple fingers! I am making backgrounds using Tim Holtz distress re-inkers and perfect pearls. It may be messy but it is great fun. The results are great and vary according to the type of paper used.

I have also discovered that Tim Holtz alcohol inks are great for colouring in crystals to give you a truly co-ordinated project.

Here are the fruits of my labour.

Daring card Makers challenge

I have been making cards with a glitter and butterfly theme in the past week, here are some examples of my work. Ihave used a Hero Art Card Art stamp and an Inkadinkado Butterfly stamp for these projects.
