Christmas Naturally

Hi everyone, did you all get a nice relaxing weekend?  I did, my darling Hubbie cooked Sunday dinner so that I could go off and create these cards for you today! (and before you ask, no I don't rent him out).

Materials used: Penny Black 'Christmas Cheer' 30-140, 'Winter Magic' 30-134 and 'A Bright Tomorrow' 30-130 transparent sets, Kraft and White Card, White Embossing Powder, Black and White Pigment ink, Faber Castell Design Memory Craft Brush Markers May Green 170 and Deep Scarlet Red 219, Ruby Red Liquid Pearls and Spellbinders nesting Squares.

The leaves from the Christmas Cheer set  and the baubles from the A Bright Tomorrow set were stamped in white ink on Kraft card and embossed and then coloured using the Big Brush Pens. The sentiments from the Winter Magic Set were then stamped in black ink.  This was then mounted onto a slightly larger square of white and then Kraft card.  The main square card blank was embossed using the Spellbinders nesting squares and then the stamped topper was added.  To finish off liquid pearl dots were added to the leaves.

There are only two days left where you can enter my Giveaway (details here) for an extra entry today please leave a comment at the end of this post.  But wait that is not all, there are more amazing goodies up for grabs all this week over at the Penny Black Blog here, to celebrate the launch of the new Winter Wonder Supplemental Catalog.

Wishing everyone a stress free week!

Hugs Cathy

  3. Terrific with the kraft & white - especially with the embossing of the base card carrying the theme through to the toppers.
