Focus on Season's Tweetings

Well the weekend is almost upon us and it looks like the weather hear might be good...woo hoo!

Today on the Penny Black Blog, some of the designers are showcasing Mini Cards, if you have time check them out, they are AMAZING....And there is a fabulous competition with prizes this weekend so hop over to check out the details for entry. I have also done a mini card for you today using the Design Rule of Focal Point details of which can be found in this Moxie Fab challenge here.


I have stamped the Penguin using Versafine black ink from the 'Cold Nose Warm Heart' 30-129 stamp set in the bottom right hand corner as my focal point and coloured with Prismacolor Pencils.  I then masked the Penguin and inked up 'Crystal Pattern' 40-162 with Memento Bahama Blue ink and stamped the rays radiating from the penguin.  I couldn't resist adding a bit of sparkle with Crystal Stickles to the snow and snow balls.

    This is so effective Cathy - I love the way that little penguin is the focus whilst not being in the middle. A real treat illustrating how to have an off-centre focal point.
