I just adore Penny Black's nature stamps, they are all so elegant, if you want to see more check out the blog here, this week as the designers are showcasing the new Christmas nature stamps.
Today I thought I would share my design for the blog, using this beautiful deer stamp; Forest Friends 40-077, and the Berry Red, Snow White stamp 4202L.
The background has been cut out using Labels Eight from Spellbinders and stamped onto ivory card using Memento Rich Cocoa Ink, I have extended the fence by stamping that part twice to make it go all the way along the card. The berries have been given dimension with Rouge Liquid Pearls.
The deer have been stamped onto a separate piece of white card cut out and coloured with Copic Markers E31, E33, E35, E37 and E42.
A frame has been cut using Labels Eight and Sticks and Stones Mix and Match Cardstock 02-003. This has then been stamped with Warm Wishes 40-074 , the deer have been glued to the rear of the frame and then the whole piece mounted onto the main card blank with dimensional foam pads.
The flowers from Winter Wonders 30-087 were stamped onto scrap card using Red Magic Versamagic Chalk ink and shaded with Prisma Pencils; White, Sunburst Yellow and Crimson Lake. Buttercup stickles was then added to the centres of the flowers These were then cut out and added to the frame using dimensional glue.
The sentiment is also from the Winter Wonders Set 30-087 this was stamped with memento rich cocoa ink and the edges distressed with Brushed Corduroy.
The inside of the card has also been created from the Winter wonders set 30-087.
Thanks for visiting me today, enjoy the rest of your week.
