Mimi is from the Mimi in Paris Clear set 30-071 available here, she has been stamped onto a Spellbinders Lacey Oval and coloured with Copic markers, her wand is made from a piece of wire and a star gem. The wings have been diamond stickled and her flower glossy accented.
This has then been mounted onto Penny Black Blue Lagoon Mix and Match cardstock 09-002 and 003 available here.
