Today I am dedicating my blog to all my friends, because you always have the ability to make me smile!
Recently a non crafting friend paid me a visit and I persuaded her to have a go at making a felt rose (using one of the spellbinders bitty blossoms, we had such a laugh and she was so proud of her flower that she took it home to show her husband!
After she left I noticed this scrap of card on my desk and so thought I would make a scrupling card for my friend.
I stamped 'Hedgy Truffles' 4255J onto a linen scrapling (Scrapling is the bit cut off from making a card blank), coloured them simply with alcohol pens and then chalked the sky and ground. I then stamped the sentiment from the 'Gratitude' 30-105 Transparent set on the inside of the scrapling. I used Spellbinders Classic Petal border die to cut away part of the front to reveal the sentiment and edged with a marker pen. To finish off the card I added enamel accents to the mushrooms and punched the corners of the inside.
So to all my friends, I hope this card makes you smile!
Hugs Cathy

aww now this is just so cute. I love your coloring and such a fun design...great card.
Adorable, and love how sweet and tiny it is! Sounds like you two had a fun time!
What a darling card, Cathy! Always love your coloring, and that image is so perfect for a good friend! :)
Delightful & I love the way you used the Edgeabitilites to reveal the sentiment. There's so much attention to detail in this little BIG creation. I especially like those corners.
