Just a Quickie!

Today is a quick post, as it is my Husband's birthday; so I will be spending my day with him.

I thought I would share another scrapling with you today, love it when I get to use up those little offcuts that litter my table! I also thought this would be a great little card for the Lily Pad Flower challenge here.

I stamped a cream card off cut with 'Inspiring' 40-113 and added scrap of leftover 'Olive Grove' Mix and Match Card.  The sentiment from 'Wishes' 30-103 was then stamped and embossed with ultra fine black embossing powder.

On a separate piece of cream card I stamped 'Lace Flower' 4241K, coloured with Alcohol markers; cut out and mounted onto the scrapling with foam pads.

Thank you for visiting me this week and for all your wonderful comments, have a lovely weekend.

Hugs Cathy

I'm thoroughly enjoying your Scraplings. This is a beautfy with the colours & the way the background & the border picks out the colouring of the leaves. The border really accentuates the lovely patterning of the leaf & petal edges & there is so much lovely detail again in this 'scrap' of creation.
