Colour outside the stamp!

Today I thought I would share a card where I have coloured outside the stamped image......it is really easy and quick to do.  I have used an airbrush and Copic markers to achieve the coloured circles but if you don't have access to an airbrush it looks just as effective coloured by hand using pencils.

This card uses the butterfly from the 'Big Wish' 30-098 transparent set and the sentiment is from 'Wishes' 30-103.

I stamped the butterfly with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and then masked the butterfly and a circle frame before airbrushing with Copic Markers G82, G00 & RV13, small areas of the insides of the butterfly were then coloured to tie in with the outer colour design, I also did a dotted edge around each circle.

A border was cut from 'Sea Breeze' 08-002 mix and match cardstock and the waste used to edge the sentiment that was adhered to the card with dimensional foam pads.
