Hey everyone, I am back today with another Moxie Fab challenge entry, today's is all about repetition, the details can be found on the Moxie Fab blog here.
I chose to repeat the sentiment to create a border to my card here, as a bonus I also repeated one of the leaves!
I used a Cuttlebug embossing folder to emboss 2/3 of the card blank (the thirds rule) and then masked off to sponge Memento Tangelo, Rhubarb Stalk and Ladybug Red ink to create a coloured border. I then repeat stamped the three sentiments from 'Foliage Fancy' 30-138.
The leaves were stamped onto a separate piece of white card from the same set using the same memento ink colours and then over stamped in Rhubarb Stalk with 'Letter Background' 1999L and cut out. I then stitched them onto the card and curled the edges to add dimension.
Tomorrow there will be more fall inspiration on the Penny Black blog, you can also check out the new design team member there today here.
Enjoy the rest of your day
Hugs Cathy
