I'm so Excited

Oh today I am so excited, because I can finally begin to share with you all the amazing new stamp collection for Christmas and Halloween launched recently at CHA by Penny Black.  You can see all the new designs here, and the design team are creating some stunning projects using the new collection here.  Did you notice they have brought out a patterned paper pad that matches some of the stamps and perfectly matches the papers too!

Today I am sharing this card using the following new products:-
'Christmas Cheer' 30-140, 'Christmas Fashion' 30-127, 'Hanging Treasures' 40-165, 'Madison' 80-001 & 'Rose Garden' 14-003 Mix & Match Card

The flowers are from Christmas fashion stamped multiple times and were coloured using copics R27, R37, R89, G19 and G28, I then added highlights with Prisma pencils; White and Sand. I then lightly shaded them with Antique Linen Distress ink to give the card an aged look,it was then cut out and gems added to the centre.  A spellbinders fancy oval was used to create the frame and the sentiment from hanging treasures stamped onto an oval piece of card that was again distresses with Antique Linen Distress ink.

The Background card was stamped with Christmas Cheer using Tim Holtz Festive Berries Distress ink and then a panel of Madison Patterned Paper was distressed with Antique Linen ink and added to the card with green satin ribbon either side to finish off.

I hope this new collection excites you and inspires you as much as it does me, tomorrow I am back with a Video and Thursday with a glittery photo tutorial.

Hugs Cathy

This certainly excited me - especially seeing how you used the crisp white die-cut to enhance the beautiful traditional colours. The matching papers & cardstock are showcased superbly & I particularly like your little white borders for the poinsettias - really making them stand out.
