Yes I can't resist a cutie in the new Radiant Neon Ink colours. Did you know the Electric Coral is a great tone on tone effect for Penny Black's Coral Reef Mix and Match card stock.
I coloured the little Heart String Die 51-022 using the Radiant Neon Electric Coral and Radiant Neon Electric Pink colours, The background using Radiant Neon Electric Blue and Radiant Neon Electric Green. The Coral 15-002 Mix and Match Card has been stamped using Decadence 40-254 Cling Stamp and Radiant Neon Electric Coral ink and the background has been embossed with Imagine Crafts/Tsukineko Clear Embossing powder. The Hedgehog from Banner Of Love 4371J was stamped with Imagine Crafts/Tsukineko Memento Tuxedo Black ink and coloured with Copics.
Here is a close up of the hearts, you can see I added a touch of white pair to highlight and give the appearance of shape to each one.
