The background is created with alcohol inks, dropped onto glossy card and sprayed with air (normally used for airbrushing). The numbers are cut using the Cricut and then embossed with WOW glitter embossing powder.
The inside is created using Penny Black Sweet Surprise 4162K and Design Spotter 40-050. I cut off the cake and used a piece of acetate to attach the peel off sentiment. I then stamped an extra leg to replace the one cut off with the shopping bags. The pop up mechanism was made invisible by using acetate.
