Want to share a glittery acetate card with you today, using Penny Black's new Sweet Surprise Stamp 4162K, and design spotter 40-050.
Sweet surprise was stamped onto the acetate (recycled spellbinder packaging) using archival black ink.
Once this was dry I then painted parts of the image on the reverse side with Claudine Hellmuth studio acrylic paint mixed with multi medium, matte. The remaining unpainted areas were then covered with art glitter glue and glitter applied (this looks white when applied but when dry you are left with just a gorgeous glittery effect.
A white inverted spellbinders rectangle was cut for the inside of the card and stamped with design spotter - I used three different Memento dew drops to colour the individual spots , these little ink pads are great if you want to add multiple colours to a stamp; New Sprout, Lulu Lavender and Summer Sky. The sentiment is from Penny Black's Salutations Clear set 30-014.
Thank you for visiting and for all your lovely comments.
