Sunshine Background

Today I though I would share a video on using Inktense watercolour pencils, they really give vibrant colours, but beware; because the shade that you get when you colour with pencils is a lot lighter than the shade once water is added, as you can see from this sunflower here.

So I recommend that you keep a scratch piece of card to test your colours before using.

Here is the finished card, using 'Sunshine' 4235L, 'Gratitude' 30-105 and mounted onto 'Sticks and Stones' 02-003 and 'Coral Reef' 15-003 mix and match cardstock.
The card blank was created using Spellbinders Labels Twenty Three.

I am entering this card in the Lily Pad challenge here

Thank you for visiting me today, I hope you found the video informative.

This was a joy to watch - & far more satisfying than my bowl of porridge for breakfast! The tip about colouring from the centre out & then outwards towards the centre is so useful & I love the way you multiple Distress Inking layering of colours adds such vibrancy toned down beaitfully with the brown polka dot ribbon. One of my favourite projects of yours.
Thanks for making the tutorial.
