Lovey Dovey and One Other Part Two

You may recall that the Penny Black Design Team have been sharing ways to use our new valentine collection for valentines and then for other occasions, making sure you can get the most of your stamps, if you would like to have a look check out the blog here.  I also have a little secret to share with you too, as of today Penny Black will be sharing sneak peaks of the new collection on Facebook; just wait until you see them they are the best ever....I bet you will have a big wish list!

I have a couple more quick designs based on this theme to share with you today, firstly another Lovely Dovey card

You Make My Heart Jump

uses: Storm Mix and Match 01-001, Loads of Love 30-146 and Jump for Love 4294H

This design was kept neutral with just a splash of red with the aim of drawing the eye across the card; from the twine bow to the red hearts as the dog jumps through.

I inked the Jump for Love stamp with Memento Black ink omitting the bottom stem and then stamped to the right of the card.  I then masked off the stamped image and stamped the hearts (this is done by just inking the bottom section from the refuse truck in the transparent set Loads of Love).

The dog was then coloured with Copic markers a sentiment, twine and some dry embossed lines added to finish the card.

My next card is a Birthday card for a friend that does Dog training and I have to say she just adores her dogs and so this stamp is perfect for her.

Birthday Obedience

Uses: Storm Mix and Match 01-001, Jump for Love 4294H and Salutations 30-014

The Jump for Love stamp was stamped onto storm card using Versafine Onyx Black ink and then coloured with Inktense watercolour pencils.  This was then mounted onto Navy and Green card matts and then put on a white scrapling card blank.

The sentiment was then stamped and twine added to finish the card.

I think this stamp is great for dog lovers, too.

Did you notice that I have a new tab at the top of my blog?  I have put all my video tutorials in one place so that you can find them easily.

Thanks for visiting me today and for your continued support and comments.
Hugs Cathy
