Experiment with Placement

Today, I thought I would use up some of my scraps and create some thank you notes, so using the same die from Penny Black Wishes 51-036 made these three cards, but to show how different they could be I just changed the placement/backgrounds around.

Here I just placed the negative of the die straight on...

Also using Spellbinders 5x7 matting basics rectangles S6-001.

Then I tried a jaunty angle......

And finally I used the positive part of the die with a patterned background (from Michaels Patterned paper pad)......

So the moral of this post is keep your scraps and just move them around your card to get a different look!
