Only have 5 minutes to make a card?

Do you ever get those moments when you need a card in a real hurry and you have very little time in which to create something. Well tall cards are my favourite answer for this situation.  This one I made whilst talking on the phone and it took less than 5 minutes to make!

Mask off a rectangle on a tall card blank and colour blending as you go with distress inks dried marigold, wild honey and rusty hinge using a distress tool. Stamp Flower from Penny Black Touch of Whimsy Set 30-073 over inked rectangle with Versafine onyx black ink and add enamel accents to flower heads.....voila your card is complete!

This next one took a few minutes longer but is still a super quick card!

Stamp image  from Touch of Whimsy set 30-073 with Versafine onyx black ink and emboss with black detail embossing powder, colour image with Sakura Glaze and Souffle pens. Stamp bunny onto mask and cut out, and place on top of coloured image. Mask off rectangle and brayer over area with Kaleidacolor Birthstone dye ink. Draw dotted line around rectangle with black fine liner pen....and there you have it another card ready to go!

Don't forget to enter this weeks Tall card challenge over at Penny Black, details here.

Thanks for visiting.
